Running mechanics and efficiency, so the same effort covers more ground.
Basketball, lacrosse, softball, volleyball. If getting faster would help, this works.
First-step quickness, drive phase, starts from every position.
Top-end speed and the running mechanics behind it.
Change of direction, deceleration, age-appropriate strength and plyometrics.

What's the difference between this and Track Academy?
Same system, same staff, same three days a week. Track Academy adds event-specific work, a USATF and AAU competition calendar and recruiting marks. Speed Academy is for athletes competing in something else who want to be faster at it.
My athlete already has a team and a coach. Does this conflict?
No — this is what makes them better at it. We work on speed and mechanics their team practice doesn't have time for, and we work around their season.
They're only nine. Is that too young for strength work?
Nothing is loaded for a young athlete the way it would be for a teenager. Under 12 it's bodyweight, coordination and mechanics. Training a young athlete like a small adult is the fastest way to hurt them.
What if we can't make three sessions?
Most athletes make two or three. The week is built as one piece, so any combination works — and the app covers the days you're not here.
Can they switch to Track Academy later?
Any time. Plenty of athletes start here, find they like the track, and move across. We'll tell you when we think they're ready.
See how we coach before you commit to anything. Just tell us which night you're coming.
