What We're Looking For
Required
- Track & field or multi-sport coaching experience
- Background in speed, agility, or strength training
- Ability to work with youth athletes ages 6-18
- Strong communication skills with parents
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Background check clearance
Preferred
- USATF, NSCA, CSCS, or equivalent certification
- Former collegiate or professional athlete
- Experience coaching at meets or combines
- Video analysis and biomechanics knowledge
- CPR / First Aid certified
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
