- Ages 6–12 (In-Person Only): No digital platform accounts are created. Training is managed directly by RSP coaches and the child's parent or guardian. Any data collected (attendance, assessment results, photos) is shared only with the parent or guardian. Parents sign all waivers and consent forms on behalf of the child. Photos of athletes ages 6–12 will not be used for promotional purposes without explicit written parental consent.
- Ages 13–17 (Platform Access with Parental Consent): Platform accounts require verifiable parental consent. A parent or guardian account must be linked to the athlete's account. Parents have full visibility into their child's data through the Parent Portal and can approve or deny any third-party access at any time.
- Recruiting Network (14+ Only): Only athletes age 14 and older are eligible for the RSP Recruiting Network. Athletes under 14 are never visible to college coaches or recruiters. Recruiter access to any athlete's training history requires explicit parental approval through the Parent Portal.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents and guardians may review, modify, or request deletion of their child's personal information at any time by contacting us at info@runspeedperform.com.

6. In-Person Training, Off-Site Sessions & Events
RSP conducts in-person training at our primary facility in Carrollton, Texas and at various off-site locations including public parks, school tracks, partner facilities, indoor sports complexes, and event venues throughout the DFW area and beyond. When participating in any in-person RSP activity:
- Waivers & Consent: All athletes (or their parent/guardian for minors under 18) must sign a liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement before participating in any in-person training, camp, combine, private session, small-group session, or event. This applies to all locations where RSP operates.
- Photo & Video: By participating in RSP in-person sessions, you consent to being photographed and video recorded for coaching analysis, promotional use, social media, and website content. You may opt out of promotional use by notifying us in writing at info@runspeedperform.com. We will not publish a minor's full name alongside their photo or video without explicit parental consent.
- Medical Information: Health conditions, allergies, prior injuries, and physical limitations disclosed on intake forms or verbally to coaches are used solely for athlete safety and appropriate training modifications. This information is shared only with RSP coaching staff directly responsible for the athlete and is not disclosed to third parties.
- Emergency Contacts: Emergency contact information provided on waivers is used only in the event of an injury, medical incident, or emergency during training.
- Private & Small-Group Sessions: For private and small-group sessions conducted at any location, the same privacy protections apply. Performance data from private sessions may be entered into the athlete's digital profile on the RSP platform if the athlete has an active account.
7. Third-Party Facilities & Training Partners
RSP may conduct training sessions, camps, combines, or events at third-party facilities. When training at a partner or host facility:
- The host facility may have its own privacy policy, terms of use, waiver requirements, and rules that apply in addition to RSP's policies. Athletes and parents are responsible for reviewing and complying with the host facility's requirements.
- RSP does not control the data collection practices, security cameras, or surveillance systems of third-party facilities.
- RSP will not share your personal information with host facilities beyond what is necessary to facilitate the training session (such as athlete names and emergency contacts for safety purposes).
- RSP is not responsible for injuries caused by third-party facility conditions, equipment, or staff outside of RSP's direct control.
RSP Certified Coaches Operating Independently
RSP Certified Coaches who conduct training sessions independently (at their own facility, a partner location, a public park, or any other venue not directly operated by RSP) are required to:
- Collect their own signed liability waivers, medical disclosure forms, and parental consent from all athletes before training.
- Maintain their own records of athlete waivers, emergency contacts, and medical disclosures in compliance with applicable laws.
- Carry their own general liability insurance for sessions they conduct independently.
Data collected by RSP Certified Coaches during independent sessions and entered into the RSP platform (performance data, training history, PRs) is governed by this Privacy Policy. Data collected by coaches outside the RSP platform (their own waivers, payment records, facility agreements) is the coach's responsibility and is not governed by this policy.
8. Recruiting Network & Data Sharing
RSP operates a recruiting network that allows college coaches to discover and evaluate athletes:
- Public profile data: For eligible athletes (14+), basic profile information (name, graduation year, sport, school, verified PRs) may be visible to registered college coaches on the Recruiter Dashboard.
- Training history: Full training history is private by default. College coaches must request access, and a parent or guardian must explicitly approve or deny each request through the Parent Portal.
- No data sold: We never sell athlete data to third parties. Recruiter access is limited to the RSP platform and subject to parental approval.
