Apple doesn’t allow an install button, so here are the three steps:
1Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari
2Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
3Tap Add — the RSP icon appears like any other app

Your browser has not offered the one-tap install yet. Three taps does the same thing:
1Tap the ⋮ menu at the top right of Chrome
2Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app)
3Tap Install — the RSP icon appears with your other apps
