Run Speed Performance ("RSP," "we," "us") is a youth and adult athletic training and recruiting platform. This page explains the text (SMS) messages we send, how you consent to receive them, and how to stop them at any time.

We send transactional, account-related text messages to registered users and parents who have opted in, including:

• Account verification codes and password reset links
• Training session, appointment, and event reminders
• Notifications about new results, messages, or account activity

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Text messages are only sent to users who created an account and gave consent by checking a box during account registration on runspeedperformance.com. The consent checkbox reads:

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number.
