1. Contact With Minor Athletes

Many RSP athletes are under 18. Protecting them is the first condition of access.

• A parent or guardian must be included on all contact with an athlete under 18. Any message to a minor athlete is copied to their linked parent or guardian.
• No direct private messages, texts, calls, or social-media DMs to a minor athlete. Keep communication on the RSP platform where it is visible to the parent.
• Do not attempt to obtain a minor athlete's personal contact information to circumvent platform and parental visibility.

2. Governing-Body Compliance

You agree to follow the current recruiting rules of your division and governing body — including contact periods, dead periods, and communication limits set by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or your conference.

RSP does not override those rules and does not make you compliant with them. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform fits within your program's recruiting calendar and regulations.

3. Honest Representation

• Accurately represent who you are, the school and program you represent, and your role within it. No impersonation and no fake accounts.
• Do not misrepresent a scholarship offer, roster spot, playing time, or the terms of any opportunity.
• Communicate with athletes and families truthfully and professionally at all times.

4. Respect for Other Recruiters

The Recruiting Network works because it is professional. Do not interfere with or attempt to undercut another recruiter's active, good-faith conversation with an athlete. Compete on the merits of your program, not by disparaging others.

5. Athlete Privacy & Data Use

Athlete profiles and data on RSP are made available to you for the sole purpose of evaluating and recruiting athletes to your own program. By accessing them you agree that you will:

• Not share an athlete's contact information or profile data with anyone outside your own program's coaching staff.
• Not sell, license, publish, or transfer athlete data to any third party.
• Not scrape, export, or bulk-collect athlete data from the platform.
• Use any data you access only for legitimate recruiting evaluation, and delete athlete contact details you no longer have a recruiting need to retain.

6. Enforcement & Termination

RSP may investigate suspected violations. Consequences may include a warning, suspension of Recruiting Network access, removal of search and contact privileges, and permanent termination of your recruiter account.

Conduct that endangers a minor, misuses athlete data, or violates the law may result in immediate termination and referral to the appropriate authorities or governing body. RSP cooperates fully with law enforcement and compliance investigations.
