Coach J · Founder & Lead Coach

I got to the Olympicson habits, not talent.

Training when everybody else took the day off. Doing the easy workouts right, not just the hard ones. Staying consistent for years instead of weeks. Being locked in when my body wanted out.

That's what we teach here. Speed is a skill and skills have to be taught — but so is showing up, and that part follows a kid into everything else they do.

How we coach
01
Measured, not guessed

Every athlete is timed, tested and filmed. If we say something's wrong, we can show you the frame it's wrong in.

02
Mechanics first

We fix how they run before we ask them to run more. Change the movement and the speed comes with it — and it holds up in a game, because it was built on fundamentals.

03
Taught, not just trained

Your athlete leaves knowing what they're working on and why — and so do you. Explained in words a 12-year-old understands.

04
Verified, not claimed

Every mark on our leaderboard is coach-verified with a date and film. Recruiters can trust it.

The staff

A team, not a marketplace.

Every coach in the building is RSP Certified — one method, taught by the person who built it.
