Speed for the sportthey actually play.
Football, soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball and every other sport. First-step speed, mechanics and power — then change of direction. Same coaches, same floor, same price as the Academy.
Track speed, for every other sport. Same floor as the Academy.
Football, soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball — and every other sport that asks an athlete to run, cut and accelerate. They train alongside our track athletes for speed, mechanics and power, the same sessions, the same coaches, the same price. Cross Training is the same hour with the emphasis moved to what a field or court sport asks for.
- First-step speed and acceleration
- Running mechanics that hold up at full speed
- Power and strength for their sport
- Tested and re-tested, so you see it move
Speed, acceleration and mechanics transfer to any sport, and we aim the work at whichever season they’re in. A large part of the roster trains here and competes for their school.
Speed first. Then change of direction.
The order matters. Speed and mechanics are taught when the athlete is fresh; agility and change of direction come after, when the pattern has to hold under fatigue.
Same sessions as the Academy. Different emphasis.
You don't have to make every session. The week is designed as one piece, so whichever days you make, they fit together. Everything else is in the app.
One price. Nothing else to buy.
Bought separately, the coaching, the app and the testing would run well over $400 a month. It's all in the $250.

Three steps. You can start this week.
We time and test, show you what we saw, and give you the corrections. It's a real session, not a sales call.
Age, event and where they are right now — so day one isn't guesswork. If Cross Training isn't the right fit yet, we'll say so.
Development takes months, not weeks. Membership runs monthly, you can cancel whenever, and there is no signup window to wait for. In the off-season you can pause for up to 3 months a year, no fee — your spot and your price are held.
My athlete plays football and soccer, not track. Is this still for them?
Yes — that’s exactly who this is for. Speed, acceleration and mechanics transfer to any sport, and we aim the work at whichever season they’re in. If you’d rather train in a smaller group, semi-private may fit better.
What's the difference between this and Track Academy?
Same times, same coaches, same price. Track Academy is built for track athletes and ends in a competition calendar. Cross Training keeps the speed and mechanics work and puts the last 20 minutes into agility and change of direction instead of event work.
Can they switch between the two?
Yes. It's the same membership and the same class times — an athlete in season for their sport can sit in Cross Training and move to the Academy when track season comes around.
What if we can't make five days a week?
You don't have to. The week is built as a whole so any combination works. If one weekday class fits your family better, there's a $150 membership for one weekday class a week plus one strength class (it does not include the Saturday class).
What if my athlete has never trained like this before?
That's most of who walks in. The evaluation exists exactly so we place them correctly — and beginners train alongside experienced athletes without being lost in the group.
Come watch a session first
You're welcome to come watch from the floor and see how we coach before you commit to anything. Just tell us which night you're coming.
